It has a frill (peplum) at the waist and black lace at the hem, making it a girly and adult-cute design. Surprisingly, it has no back zipper and is made of stretchy material, so you can just pull it on. The waist frill makes it look like a set, which is great for busy mornings! My sister wore this after I bought it on QVC, so there are some scuffs, wrinkles, lint, loose threads, signs of wear, and other areas as shown in the photos.
