This is a flat chisel for bezel setting cabochons with a diameter of approximately 5.0mm. A commercially available red chisel has been formed and polished. It has not been hardened. The corners have an R (curve). The striking surface is almost flat, so please lightly grind it to an R if necessary. You can use it as is, but the striking surface will get scratches and roughness with use.
