This was included with a used cross bike I purchased. The light has several flashing patterns and is the type that attaches to the handlebars. Everything in the first picture is included. I replaced the screws because they were rusty (pictures 8 and 9). I think it's best to attach it to the thicker part of the handlebars near the stem (31.8mm diameter). It has a non-slip grip, but it tends to slip on thinner parts, so I recommend using an adapter to change the size (picture 10 - for reference). Since I didn't use this from new, I've marked it as "Used with scratches and dirt."
