I've worn them a fair amount, so there's a general feeling of use, but there are no noticeable stains and I think they're in relatively good condition. I think they're still wearable. There's a slight scuff on the back near the seat that's only visible up close (last photo). I'm selling them because my clothing tastes have changed.
