This is a dam card from the Asuwa River Dam in Fukui Prefecture. It's a new card, distribution of which started relatively recently! This is the last one I will be offering. After obtaining it, I immediately put it in a sleeve for storage. I will reinforce it and take measures against water damage, and ship it carefully via standard mail or mini-letter. Thank you.
