The case has scratches and a tear in the handle area (photo 8), and discoloration inside the case, as shown in the photos. The power turned on when I put in batteries (photo 7), but I've never used it with headphones, so the operation is unknown. Please understand this point before purchasing. I bought it thinking it would be good for practicing the saxophone at home, but it's heavy, so I stopped using it. There are no accessories. Only the case in the photos is included. It's for an alto saxophone. I plan to wrap it in bubble wrap for shipping.
