This is a set of three plates and five bowls of Hidehira lacquerware from around 1965-1975. They are old, so the box and wrapping paper show discoloration and deterioration, but the items themselves are all unused. The plates are for serving Japanese sweets, etc. Set of 3 plates. Two of the soup bowls have vertical scratches, but they appear to be original. There may be other areas I have overlooked. In my personal opinion, the condition is good and they are shiny. These items are about 50 years old, so they are recommended for those who like old things. Although they have not been used, I have listed them as "Near New" considering the aging and deterioration.
