I had others, so this one has been stored unused in a chest. It's worn over the baby while they are being carried on your back. It's padded with cotton and very warm. I don't think many people wear these anymore. It's a Showa-era retro item. It's entirely hand-sewn, and I think it's rare as there are few people who can sew like this now. There is a stain.
