I've stored it indoors for a long time, so I set it up indoors to check its condition. There is no instruction manual. There is one repair on the flap. The lettering is rubbed off, but the fabric is in good condition. It is not water-repellent, so if you warm the inside of the tent, the snow accumulated on the roof will melt and seep through. I will include pegs (good ones) and a peg hammer. I don't feel any stickiness on the inside fabric, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
