I purchased this to make props for a photo wedding. It's a plain folding fan. I have stored it without opening it, so I believe there shouldn't be any issues with opening and closing it. However, I haven't confirmed this, so please be aware that there is a possibility of defects. Please purchase only if you understand and accept this.
