This is a small container (lidded object) of Chinese art, made during the Yongzheng era of the Qing Dynasty. It's a find from an old antique market. Initially, I thought it was just a kogo (incense container), but I remember being surprised when I opened the lid and saw a shunga (erotic art) painting. The sides have paintings of cranes and wise men for some reason, making it a rare item. It has age-related wear and tear, but no noticeable damage. 6.5cm x 5.5cm x 3.5cm (height)
