This is a cute pink obiage (decorative sash) . Is it crepe or shibori (tie-dye)? I'm not quite sure, but the hemp leaf sections have a bumpy, textured feel. It has a sheen and I loved how cute it was, but I couldn't use it well. Purchased used. * There are some places where threads are coming out (see image 4). Therefore, I am selling it at a low price.
