This is a Yamaha Grand Concert series GC-35M classical guitar. The label bears the signature of Hideyuki Ezaki, the head of the Yamaha factory at the time. The top is solid Ezo spruce, and the back and sides are solid Indian rosewood. This is a purely domestic guitar, a crystallization of Yamaha's technology and made with high-quality wood and parts. The sound is wonderful, with rich bass and clear treble, and plenty of volume. The neck shape makes it an easy guitar to play, and while there are small scratches from 30 years of aging, it is a vintage guitar that you will be satisfied with.
