This is a Warlock from Chatting Bird, a budget brand of Caparison. It's made in the same factory as B.C. Rich, and the only differences seem to be the headstock shape and logo. The Warlock is easy to play even while sitting down. Despite its so-called "variant" shape, it's an excellent model that combines playability and light weight. The 4-string tuners have been replaced, and there are overall scratches and minor imperfections, but it has been maintained, so you can use it immediately upon arrival.
