The bodice pattern is for one half of the body. If you would like a pattern for the full body, please let me know in the comments before purchasing. It will be an additional 300 yen. Please refer to the images and take the following measurements: 7 points Height Bust (under the armpits, not the fullest part) Waist Hips Back length (from the base of the neck to the waist) Dress length (from the base of the neck to the hips) Girth (measure from the base of the neck, down the front, through the crotch, and back up to the base of the neck on the back, going all the way around the body; it does not need to be form-fitting.) Please let me know if the person has swayback. If possible, it would be helpful if you could send a side view image so I can understand the child's body shape. Seam allowances are not included.
