This is a Tomica Mercedes 450SEL, a Benz model. Usually, the die-cast chassis of Tomica cars is left unpainted, in its natural zinc color, but I wondered why this one was painted. It turns out the front grille and rear bumper are integrated. When you close the doors with a satisfying click, it gives off the air of a luxury car. It's unused, but does not have its original box.
