This is a handmade tunic/dress remade from a kimono. I believe it's tsumugi (pongee). The fabric is neither too thick nor too thin, and feels somewhat sturdy. It seems to be wrinkle-resistant. It's gathered and has a seam around the bust. I'm not an expert on kimonos. I use vintage fabric. I wash and iron the garment before finishing. Due to the nature of vintage fabric, there may be stains, holes, and damage, and I try to avoid using those areas as much as possible. I try to note any flaws I find, but it's not perfect.
