This is a handmade mouthpiece by Jake H. Concepcion, a legendary studio musician known as the "King of Sax" in Asian countries. It's made of acrylic and has an opening equivalent to an Otto Link 6. Mr. Jake passed away in 2017, so the value of these mouthpieces is increasing year by year. There are some minor age-related scratches near the tip of the surface, but overall, it appears to be in good condition.
