I purchased this from Rakuten about six months ago, but it didn't suit me, so I've only used it twice. I've confirmed that it works, but one of the non-slip rubber pads on the back is missing. There's no wobble caused by this, so it can be used without concern. Shipping will be via standard mail (teikeigai).
