This is an "Old Girls' Keirin Uniform" I obtained at an event at a certain keirin track. It was actually worn by a rider, and is an old model uniform that is no longer in use. It's the number 6 uniform, and it comes with a cap. Regarding the spats, I asked the person in charge of the gifts, and they said that each rider purchases and uses their own, so they were not included.
