I've worn this a few times. I'm not sure, but I think I bought it 2 or 3 years ago. The sleeves are slightly tapered, but they don't have elastic. The neckline and sleeve openings are trimmed with navy blue fabric, and the overall fabric has a patterned look. The fabric is polyester, but it's a lightweight material, similar to seersucker, and doesn't wrinkle easily. Please understand that this is a used item. Thank you.
