I purchased this instrument approximately half a century ago. I fell in love with the euphonium of the Grenadier Guards Band and purchased this instrument. Afterwards, I owned a B&H satin silver, a Besson Sovereign, a Wilson BS, and a GP, but due to my age, I'm letting them go, and this will be the last instrument I part with. In terms of tone, it is in no way inferior to the instruments mentioned above, with a pleasant resonance, and the intonation is good thanks to the compensator. Although it's a medium-bore instrument, the included mouthpieces, 51D and SM4, have been modified from large-bore specifications to fit the medium bore. Both are gold-plated. As a bonus, I will include six pieces of solo sheet music from my collection. I believe the instrument is in relatively good condition. It is a used item with age-related wear and tear, but I am looking for someone who will cherish this instrument for a long time. For reference, I have included a price list from a catalog from half a century ago.
