This is a salopette skirt from Lowrys Farm. I purchased it at a used clothing store and have been wearing it. I believe it was made over 10 years ago. It's a used item, but the fabric is sturdy and there are no scratches or frays. There are stains on the chest and around the hem. Notes: No pets, non-smoker.
