This is a long-sleeved romper from baby GAP. It's a two-layer type, with the romper and long sleeves combined, so when you put leggings underneath, it looks like a tunic. My daughter has a slim build, and by the time she was this size, she rarely wore it to daycare. She only wore it 2-3 times.
