These shorts are made from parachute cloth, a nylon material that doesn't have a typical "swishy" feel, but rather a texture similar to cotton. I believe I bought them from a sports brand, but I seem to have removed the tag, so the brand is unknown. I tried to wear them this year, but even though I bought a larger size, they don't fit at all, so I'm offering them to someone who can wear them. They've been worn once or twice and are in good condition. The waist is elastic, but there's also a nylon belt with a plastic buckle for adjustment. There are flap pockets, and I've used them for golf. They're easy to wear, especially in the heat, but also when it gets cooler, paired with military-style spats. I've washed and folded them for storage. I will steam them before sending them, but wrinkles may occur during shipping.
