This item is a junk product. The cord is damaged. It turns on, but its condition is poor, stopping suddenly or running erratically. I do not recommend using it as is due to the damaged cord. Please use it at your own discretion. It's a multi-functional hair dryer with HIGH, LOW, and COOL settings. In my personal opinion, the sound is loud, but I got used to it. I think the airflow is strong, and it can significantly reduce drying time.
