Price reduced. This is a beautiful, unstitched, disassembled piece of dyed Oshima Tsumugi silk fabric with the original basting threads still attached. The fabric has a glossy, smooth texture with a slight stiffness (but also suppleness). It features a sophisticated and charming design of various flowers on a muted water green background. The photos appear slightly darker overall, but the actual color is a bit brighter and more gentle. As it is disassembled fabric, there may be needle holes, loose threads, and fold wrinkles. I don't think there are any noticeable damages, but please forgive any oversight. Please consider this item with the understanding that it is from the Showa era. Ideal for kimono remakes, such as snoods, bags, small items, skirts, dresses, and other clothing.
