This is a BabyHopper winter cape. I used it on a stroller or baby carrier. I bought it a few years ago and used it, then washed it and stored it at home. It's very warm and perfect for winter outings. When attached to a baby carrier, I especially liked that the pocket on the outside of the cape kept my hands warm.
