It's a light blue top. I think the actual color is even cuter than in the photos. The sleeves have a cute see-through effect. The outer fabric has a windowpane pattern (see the photos for details). There's a lining for the short sleeves, but it might be see-through depending on the color of your inner layer (the black hanger was see-through when viewed up close).
