This is a genuine USCG Propper Enhanced All Weather Liner jacket liner.
Designed to be worn as a standalone jacket or as a liner to protect against cold weather when combined with the USCG Propper Foul Weather Parka II.
The jacket liner features a smooth, "water-resistant" polyester exterior and a thin Polartec fleece interior that helps with warmth and fabric breathability.
