The four sides of each tier have auspicious Shippo openwork, making it an elegant item. This item belonged to my mother-in-law, who taught tea ceremony, and was kept at the back of a shelf. It appears to have been hardly used, and the condition is good. However, upon close inspection, there is a thin scratch on the back of one (photo 8) and a small scratch on the back of the lid (photo 7). Other than that, the condition is very good.
