The use of a suspended diaphragm allows you to switch between low and high frequency modes by adjusting the pressure applied to the chestpiece against the skin, allowing you to continuously auscultate low and high frequencies without switching. In addition, it has an oval chestpiece that is easy to insert into a cuff and conforms to the curves of the body when taking blood pressure.
