This is the first single-coil set that daringly wires a heavy form bar 42 coil, despite using a gray bobbin. The magnets are Alnico 5. The polarity is the same for all pickups in the set. This set is recommended for those seeking a unique tone that is not currently available. Although not pictured, covers and mounting screws are included.
