I bought this after seeing it on TV over 10 years ago. I used it about twice and have kept it stored at home ever since. There are no scratches or stains. Put rice (0.5 to 1 go) in the container and add water (about 1.3 times the amount of rice) up to the line inside the container, and soak for 30 minutes. Soaking is the key to cooking more delicious rice. 2. Once soaked, put on the inner and outer lids and heat in the microwave for 15 minutes. (12 minutes for 0.5 go) 3. Let it steam for 10 minutes after heating. *If your microwave has a "High 500W heating" and "Low 200W defrost" setting, heat on high for 5 minutes, then on low for 10 minutes, and it will be ready with about 5 minutes of steaming.
