This is a T-shirt sold in collaboration between Zozo Town and 101st Proposal in 2022. The body is said to use "Fruit of the Loom" Super Premium. I wore it a few times back then. ⚠️ I found a small hole in the lower right of the "101st Proposal" logo on the front.
