I purchased this at a Louis Vuitton store inside a department store in Tokyo several years ago. I've lost the receipt, but you can take it to a Louis Vuitton store for repairs. I haven't used it much, so it's in good condition, but it seems I've stained the handles. Because it's Louis Vuitton, it's sturdy, and surprisingly light and foldable, so it's easy to store.
