This is a long-sleeved cut-and-sew top from Comme des Garçons. It has a unique design typical of Comme des Garçons, with a shorter, sheer back. The front and sleeves are not see-through. I purchased it at an authorized retailer, but I never wore it and have kept it in storage. It's in beautiful condition.
