This is a set of a Cloud Reakey alto saxophone mouthpiece, 5*3, and a Rovner ligature VG-1RL. I purchased these about two months ago, but I'm selling them because the playing feel didn't suit me. While there are scratches on the ligature and marks from bite plate patches, it's a mouthpiece with the characteristic Reakey sound. The white mark on the shank is gone, so I believe it's a model from about 10 years ago. The list price was about 25,000 yen for the mouthpiece and about 12,000 yen for the ligature, so I think it's a good deal.
