Alexander Horn Mouthpiece MAINZ 8 Used for about 2 years, and then stored at home. Before listing, I had it professionally cleaned as much as possible at a music store. It's generally clean, but there are fine scratches on the part that touches the mouth, discoloration on the inside and the insertion part (photos 3 and 4), and slight distortion of the insertion opening caused by inserting and removing it from the instrument (photo 5).
