Antique Minton cake plate set. Purchased about 30 years ago from an antique shop in England. I only displayed it in a display case for a while and have not used it. Since it was already a used antique when I bought it, there are some slight scratches. Please check the condition in the photos carefully before considering a purchase. The actual manufacturing date is unknown, so please consider it from the backstamp, etc. I think it's probably between 1912-1950. The design is very similar to Marlow, but the flowers are different. Large plate diameter: approx. 27cm Small plate diameter: approx. 18cm Please forgive slight errors as this is amateur measurement. The gold rim is also beautifully preserved. The Fife shape is beautiful. Unlike modern ones, the strong ~ lines on the edge seem to be a characteristic of antiques. Please consider this item only if you understand that it is a home-stored item by an amateur.
