It was installed on a Fender Japan ST57 with no modifications. I am selling it because I replaced it with a GOTOH bridge. The string holes in the bridge plate have been partially tapered to reduce string breakage. I used it normally until I replaced it, so there are scratches and dirt. The arm was not used, so it is relatively clean. Mounting screws are included.
