I believe these are trading cards from the carddass era that were very popular back then, but they are Street Fighter II cards. I see various character goods in my inventory, but this is the first time I've seen these ( ˊᵕˋ ;;;) The backs have numbers that look like damage values for techniques, so I think they are cards that can be used in battles.
