The door doesn't close completely. The wooden dowels on the bottom door are embedded in the main body, causing the door to detach. This is offered to someone who can fix the issues or who intends to use it without the door. This is a very old item that was kept at my parents' house. There are scratches and stains (possibly black mold?), but I believe it can still be used. It will be shipped in simple packaging such as wrapping cardboard.
