This is a hooded blouson from United Arrows. The color is black, but not pure black. It looks like there's a hint of green when viewed in bright light. It has a hood. Measurements (approximate): Shoulder width: 47cm Body width: 53cm Length: 69cm (from the bottom of the collar under the hood) The condition shows some signs of wear, but there is no noticeable damage, and I think it's in good condition for a used item.
