Used less than 10 times. I was careful to dry it completely before packing it away, so I think it's in good condition. (When I had to pack it up wet due to rain, I made sure to dry it thoroughly before storing it.) Includes poles. Please understand that this is a used item, so there may be some dirt and some sand or grass from when it was packed up. Thank you for your consideration.
