This is a resin piccolo. I'm hesitant to sell it, so I may suddenly remove the listing... If someone who can play this instrument well is interested, I would be happy to sell it, as it would help me make up my mind. The lip plate is made of the same material as the body, not metal. I am not experienced with the piccolo, so I apologize, but I cannot confirm the sound quality.
