Please understand that this item is used. Ralph Lauren tends to run large, so when my child was wearing Japanese size 120, I folded the sleeves. The next season, the sleeves fit perfectly without folding. The laundry tag has a name written on it. I hope you can use it for nursery school or play clothes. I may be able to ship it in 1-2 days.
