This is a Showa-retro knit haori (Japanese jacket) made from kimono fabric. It was likely hand-knitted or machine-knitted, with the motifs possibly hand-knitted. It's adorable worn over wool items. There are no tears or moth holes, but there is some light soiling. Please check the photos.
