The brand is FANATIC. It's from a new brand called Jacket Joint. They specialize in vintage design jackets from classic MLB, NBA, and NFL. I bought it on eBay. The fabric is satin, which is thinner than STARTER, but it's padded, so it's best to wear it on days with temperatures around early spring. There's also an inner pocket, which is convenient. There's no size label, but I think it's about the same as an XL from STARTER. Shoulder width 60cm, sleeve length 68cm, body width 68cm, length 73cm.
