BREEZE: This is a nylon skirt made of a rustling fabric. It's olive green, size 120. I received it as a gift, but my child outgrew it without ever wearing it. The material makes a rustling sound when you move. It's a quick-drying fabric, so I think it would be great for outdoor play or camping. Thank you.
